Twin Control Centers in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

In the midst of the Covid19 pandemic and after months of negotiations and different design proposals, SPF was awarded for the manufacture, supply and installation of control consoles for an important Brazilian company.

A challenging project due to the harsh conditions of the pandemic, travel restrictions and agreed deadlines.

Two twin control centers called MAIN and BACKUP, one in Rio de Janeiro and the other in Barra da Tijuca, were equipped with 30 consoles from the ELITE AIR series, completely customized for the particular requirements requested by the client. Each center consist in 4 control rooms and a crisis room.

One of the outstanding products of the project were 2 huge crisis tables from the ELITE MEET series with capacity for 16 people, adjustable in height, with all the power and data connectivity for the attendees.

The project was installed with 100% success by the expert SPF installation team in two different phases.
