Emergency Control Center 911 in Tegucigalpa, Honduras

VDS series consoles for the new 911 Emergency Center in Tegucigalpa, Honduras.

This new operations center works 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with 250 people divided into three shifts.

The center that deals with and coordinates responses to emergencies in Honduras, has a video surveillance room, administrative area, call center area, call room, dispatch and liaisons, data center, forensic video room, clinic, cafeteria and a space for training.

The project has the main room where there are 64 operators spread over 16 curved consoles with 4 operators each, plus a series of individual consoles for managers and center supervisors located in different offices and floors of the center. In addition to the consoles, 4 large meeting tables for up to 20 attendees each, and a V-shaped table for the crisis room are designed and manufactured, all with fully integrated power and data connectivity.
